You wait for the last Friday of November to buy what you want at a special price and then you only have problems. Several consumers are reporting that their purchases made during the Black Friday are not being delivered on time, and some will not even be delivered anymore. But what to do in cases of purchasing Amazon canceled? Understand the situation and, most importantly, what to do in these situations.
What happened?
Consumers are reporting in the TikTok, Reddit, X/Twitter e "Reclame Aqui" that purchases made during Black Friday week on Amazon are experiencing long delivery times. This raises the possibility that the company advertised more products than it actually had in stock.

When browsing the comments of videos on the same topic, several consumers report having the same problem.
O showmetech also received a report from a buyer who has had his PS5 delivered late: the purchase was made via Pix and arrival was scheduled for December 10, more than two weeks after the Black Friday. The video game was even given a delivery date for next Tuesday, but it had not been shipped by the time this article was published.
Reports in the "Reclame Aqui" show that the problem is happening to several people: a purchase made on Black Friday this year was cancelled, without further explanation given to the consumer. Amazon did not mention the reasons for this happening and the purchase was simply removed from the possible deliveries panel.
Now at Reddit, there are also cases of purchases made in Black Friday, via marketplace, which were canceled. In this case, Amazon, in a response to the customer, informed that it had no relation to the cancellation, despite the sale having been made on its platform and the offer having been designed by the company itself.
How to solve?
The first step to resolving issues with Amazon is to contact the company directly, as, according to the Consumer Protection Code, in articles 18 and 19, joint liability is provided for throughout the consumer chain. In other words, even if the purchase was made through a store within the Amazon, the company is still responsible for what happens within its platform.
The company has a special page to contact a human attendant, it is worth explaining the case and trying to resolve it in the best possible way. Despite this, comments on TikTok they say that this hasn't helped much.
Another way to get in touch with Amazon is through "Reclame Aqui", opening a call in company pageesa by means of the button COMPLAIN in red. There, you can also check how the company deals with similar cases.
It is also valid to file a complaint at Procon of the state where you reside. The process can be done by logging in with your account Gov.Br, at no cost. The company has up to 20 days to send a response, from the date of receipt of the letter. See the page of the Procon of the state of São Paulo:

Among the complaints posted on the "Reclame Aqui" about the problems of canceled purchase in Amazon, there were also no responses sent.
