From now on, the app and website Samsung Air Conditioning now include the section Courses, which offers complete and detailed training directly on the platform – with videos, questionnaires and satisfaction surveys for IT professionals air conditioning.
The courses, divided into seven different modalities, were created as a way to complement the training provided in person, in addition to functioning as an essential step-by-step guide for professionals looking to improve their skills and seeking specific training.
At the end of each course, the professional who completes all stages receives a certificate issued by the platform itself. Given the news, Thiago Dias, director of Samsung Brazil Air Conditioning Division, states that the new content on the platform “will help our installation partners even more, offering a solid base of knowledge and a clear path to their professional improvement”.
