Justice grants exemption for imports of up to 100 dollars. Understand
A recent decision handed down by the Brazilian Court granted import exemption for purchases made up to US$ 100. The Regional Class for the Standardization of Special Courts of the 4th Region defined the sentence. The decision is the result of a lawsuit filed by a lawyer from Curitiba in 2020 against the National Treasury. At the time, the lawyer filed a lawsuit after being taxed on three different purchases, all worth less than $100.
According to the person responsible for the action, after the purchases were made, the National Treasury decided to charge R$498,76 as import tax. In the process, the lawyer orders the National Treasury to reimburse him for the total amount illegally charged. The lawyer's allegation is present in item II of the second paragraph of Decree-Law No. 1804/80. According to the text of the law, one of the duties of the Ministry of Finance is to provide for the exemption of imports of goods in shipments with a value of “up to one hundred US dollars”. LIST OF THE WEEK: The best films to make you feel good about life
What are the criteria that make you select the best feel-good movies for your particular list? And what are the characteristics of a really good feature film? The answer may lie in several factors. For some, it may involve a very satisfying fight sequence, for others a beautiful romance full of drama but with a happy ending or even pure nostalgia. There are those who prefer a great mystery too, or even a slapstick film involving zombies and the end of the world.
So, to prepare the list below, based on the main nominations from Rotten Tomatoes, the curation was done trying to mix various genres and types of stories. The main criterion for knowing whether it is one of the feel good movies It involves thinking about whether the feature film made us feel better at the end of the story than we did before we started it.
In any case, this list contains many nostalgic films, happy films, romance, comedy and misadventures that refer to Afternoon Session style films and also to those that we have seen or would like to have seen at some point on the big cinema screens.
