CES 2025: Lenovo shows IdeaCentre Mini x desktop with Qualcomm Snapdragon

In addition to announcing notebooks, monitors, tablets and AI solutions for its devices, the company's participation Lenovo at CES 2025 also featured the launch of a mini PC powered by processors Snapdragon X Plus (released late last year): the IdeaCentre Mini x. The company also presented the IdeaCentre Tower, compact only in size, which has a good CPU for games and heavier activities. Discover all the details of these machines below!

Designed for “professionals and creative users”, the Lenovo highlights that this little wonder will be ready to take care of more powerful tasks, as it will have two processor options: Snapdragon X Plus ou Snapdragon, which, so far, the company has not yet highlighted which specific models they will be.

What is known so far is that IdeaCentre Mini x will have a 45 TOPS Performance NPU, besides a GPU Adreno integrated which was also not specified. A relevant piece of information is that the model meets the Copilot + PC program, which categorizes it as a good device for artificial intelligence activities. The PC will also feature two internal fans to push hot air out and ensure good performance.

About connectivity, the IdeaCentre Mini x will come with support for connecting with points Wi-Fi 7. However, the Bluetooth version (and whether it will actually exist) has not yet been confirmed. This AI mini PC will also not have audio outputs, but it will have several ports, which are:

The new mini PC from Lenovo will be released in Luna Grey color, weighing approximately 1,805 kg, internal storage of up to 1 TB, in addition to having up to 32 GB of RAM like LPDDR5x. To handle all tasks, a 150W adapter will be sent with the device box.

Another ad for those looking for a new, more compact computer is IdeaCentre Tower, that Lenovo is aimed at more demanding users who want high power. In addition to being very compact to fit in any setup, the computer will also have a front frame that can be easily replaced to give it that more personal touch.

Inside, there will be a processor Intel Core Ultra 7 (Series 2) and a plate NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060. To complement the good performance, it will have up to 32 GB of RAM and an additional 1 TB of internal storage.

A Lenovo refrained from commenting on the type of connection bluetooth that this machine will have (and not even if it will). However, due to its processor, the PC will be able to connect to Wi-Fi 7 points. The ports are a highlight in their own right: IdeaCentre Tower 17L will come with USB-A, USB-C, LAN, HDMI and VGA ports, aiming to please all types of audiences.

The models will be launched on the international market in 2025, with no date set for Brazil at the time of writing. The prices and launch dates abroad are:
