One of the most important resources for the protagonist in the game's story are the Pawns, NPCs from another world that can be summoned through magic and help him in the adventure. With each new journey, you can create a completely customizable secondary character to be the main one, however, you don't have to limit yourself to just that.

One of the online functions available in Dragon's Dogma 2 is the ability to access the Rift, a community that houses pawns created by other players and can also be recruited for their adventures. Although damage per hit tends to decrease with each successive hit, the advantage lies in the volume of attacks performed. Using their exclusive weapon, the Censer, they are capable of producing illusions through smoke, manipulating the battlefield in their favor. His creations can induce enemies to attack each other or serve as bait, drawing all attacks towards a spectral clone. Another particularly interesting ability allows you to create fake areas of terrain along cliffs or walls, visible only to you and not enemies, thus exploiting your opponent's vulnerabilities.

Additionally, as an Illusionist, you have the power to temporarily increase the power of your Pawns beyond their normal limits, significantly expanding your team's capabilities. While the specific details are still a mystery, it is likely that the Illusionist will have other specialized buffs, reinforcing his vital support role in the game.

War Chief

This class gives you the freedom to choose any combination of three weapons available in the game, allowing you to switch between the vocations corresponding to those weapons. As a War Chief, you will have the flexibility to select skills from each of your chosen weapons/vocations.

This vocation promises to be incredibly fun and versatile, adapting your play style by facing different types of enemies, exploiting their weaknesses and navigating different environments. However, due to having access to a wide range of skills, War Chiefs may not reach the same level of skill as other vocations.

Will Dragon's Dogma 2 have multiplayer?

Unfortunately, for fans who have been waiting for the opportunity to venture through Dragon's Dogma 2 with a friend, the game will not feature any form of multiplayer or cooperation, as it was in the original game. According to Hideaki Itsuno, producer of the franchise, he does not want to deviate from the original idea and at no point was this possibility considered.

Therefore, the only interaction between players will be the possibility of using Pawns created by the community on their team during the journey. Other than that, unfortunately, there will be nothing else.

Will there be romance in Dragon's Dogma 2?

There is still no official confirmation about the inclusion of the Romance System in Dragon's Dogma 2, but statements from director Hideaki Itsuno suggest the presence of romantic and sexual elements in the game. In an interview with IGN, Itsuno highlighted that the game will feature interactions of this type, which justifies its R rating, although he ruled out the inclusion of explicit sexual content.

The director also talked about improvements to the relationship system, which now encompasses both friendships and casual interactions. Players may witness NPCs competing for their attention or notice changes in relationships with other characters, influenced by positive or negative attitudes.

This information fueled fans' expectations for a renewed version of the Romance System, although there is no confirmation. So, for now, we can only wait for more details about the development of relationships in the game.

Dragon's Dogma 2 Platforms

Exclusive to the new generation, Dragon's Dogma 2 will be available for Xbox Series S|X, where it can be purchased for R$ 336,00 on Xbox Store. Since the same price is being charged on the PlayStation 5, which can be purchased at Sony official store.

Finally, PC players will pay a little cheaper for the game, as Steam has priced it at R$299,00 for the title.
