Oukitel WP22 arrives with super powerful speaker and battery

When choosing a smartphone, users need to know exactly what calls their attention the most, such as camera power, a cutting-edge processor or even a great speaker system, as is the case with the Oukitel WP22. In addition to presenting itself in a very robust way, the smartphone still has this differential in the speakers that is not commonly seen in other similar devices. Just take a look!

Design

O Oukitel WP22 features metal sides while the top and bottom tips — as well as the corners — are rubber, bringing that aspect more second against impacts. At the top rear there is the camera array, which accompanies the large speaker that is prominently displayed, and is followed just below with the Oukitel brand. So far the only color available is black. This device is certified IP68, IP69K and MIL-STD-G810, offering up to 30 minutes of submerged protection to a depth of 1,5m, 360° protection against dust and drop proof from up to 1,5m.

Fabric

O Oukitel WP22 features a 6,58-inch Full HD+ IPS screen, with a resolution of 2.400 x 1.080, 90 Hz refresh rate and 480 nits of brightness.

Camera

Sharing space with the loudspeaker that highlights the device, there is the triple camera set the main one having 48 MP of resolution, a micro with 2 MP of resolution and a night vision camera with 20 MP of resolution. The front camera has a resolution of 16 MP.

Battery

Following the tradition seen in other Oukitel handsets, the WP22 it also arrives with exterior and interior robustness. In this case, the smartphone has 10.000 mAh of battery that can be recharged at 18 Watts of power. It also has reverse recharge, being able to recharge other devices using it as a power source.

Processor and storage

O MediaTek Helio P90 is responsible for the performance of the Oukitel WP22. It offers 8 GB of RAM memory, 256 GB of internal storage and comes with Android 13 installed.

Audio

Now talking about its strong point, the Oukitel WP22 has a multimedia speaker of 125 dB, plus 4W with a 36mm driver. It responds very well to the 100-400 Hz frequency range, also known as mid-low. It is important to remember that 0,5 – 2W is the common range for cell phones. This means that not only is it considerably louder and clearer on the WP22, but the sound coming out of it is significantly fuller. On it, when you're listening to your favorite songs, you don't just have to imagine the bass anymore, because the bass is right there. In addition to the deep bass, you can also notice the clear highs and mids.

Price and availability

According to OUKITEL, the global debut of OUKITEL WP22 will start on March 20th on AliExpress and the estimated selling price will be less than $200.

The company is still promoting a giveaway of several smartphones, being 2 of the Oukitel WP22 itself, 4 K9 Pro models and 6 C19 Pro models, respectively representing the first, second and third places. O Oukitel's Facebook group have more information about the draw. The instructions follow:
