The film was also nominated in the categories of Best Editing and Best Production Design. A huge success with critics and audiences, the film grossed 258,7 million U.S. $ at the worldwide box office.

Synopsis: The film portrays the drama of Ki-taek's family, all unemployed and living in a cramped, dirty basement. When the opportunity arises to teach English to a young woman from a wealthy family, Ki-taek finds himself enchanted by the luxury and comfort that surrounds him. From then on, the father, mother and children decide to devise a plan to infiltrate the rich family's life, one by one. However, when he is captured by the tyrant Immortan Joe and his army of fanatics, he is drawn into the center of a brutal war led by Imperator Furiosa, who is trying to save a group of young people on the run. Reluctant at first, Max finds himself thank you to join forces with Furiosa to survive the chaos and escape Joe's clutches.
