Tutorial: Learn how to create email signatures with WiseStamp

Although social networks are on the rise in personal communications, in the corporate environment the e-mail it is still the main tool for exchanging information. Therefore, it is important that you have a signature that is elegant, has all the necessary data and can be used in different tools. THE WiseStamp is an extension of Chrome e Firefox that helps you create and manage your email signatures with ease.

To get started, visit the website of WiseStamp. It claims to have a Portuguese version, but it still contains errors and parts written in Finnish, so we recommend using the site in English.

Once you click to create your signature, you will be taken to the edit screen as in the image above. On the left are all the fields for filling in your data, such as name, company, position, telephone and cell phone, etc.

You can also put a photo or logo on your signature. THE WiseStamp allows you to upload the image, select from a URL, take a picture with a webcam or even pull a picture from the Facebook.

Below the photo section, you can change your signature template. There are several formats for placing the data, and you can even change the signature colors.

Another option in WiseStamp is to put icons with links to your social networks as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and others like Instagram ou Tumblr, or to other pages such as an application from App Store or a folder of Google Drive.

Other extras also serve as links with actions like liking a page on Facebook or go to a video of YouTube.

In addition to working automatically in services such as gmail, Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail e AOL, it is still possible to export the signature to email management programs such as Outlook or the Thunderbird.

The end result will look like what you see above, taken from the gmail. The signature automatically enters the body of the email, below the first line. a button of WiseStamp also appears at the bottom, to remove the signature when it is not needed or to quickly go to the edit page.
